Intro Messages
Intro responses are brief messages that appear when a user selects a menu item, providing them with a concise understanding of what they are looking for.
Generating Intro Messages
To create introductory messages for your chat system, follow these steps:
1. Click on Generate Intro Responses: Begin by selecting the Generate Intro Responses button.
2. Select Menu Topic: Choose the menu topic for which you want to generate the intro messages. This will determine the focus of the intro responses based on the topic’s content.
Please note that the Intro Responses are automatically generated using the content you've previously uploaded under Passive Data in the AI Training section. If you have not yet uploaded any content, a link will appear here, guiding you to complete that step first.
Once the necessary content is uploaded into the AI Training (Passive Data) section, you’ll be taken to the next screen where draft Intro Responses will be displayed.
Customizing Intro Messages:
- Edit the Drafts: You have the ability to review and edit the draft intro responses to better suit your tone, style, and business requirements.
- Upload Media: If needed, you can enhance your messages by uploading corresponding media, such as images, videos, or documents.
- Add Additional Intro Messages: Want to add more variations? Simply click the Add Intro Message button to input further messages.
Once you're satisfied with the content, click Submit to save your changes.
