Introduction

Loyalty programs are essential for businesses because they offer a multitude of benefits that contribute to sustained growth and profitability. Customer retention, increased customer lifetime value (CLTV), enhanced customer engagement, data collection and personalization - these are some of the benefits of running loyalty programs.

Accessing the Loyalty Overview

  • On the left-hand menu, hover over and click 'Settings'.

  • From the submenu, select 'Loyalty', and then 'Overview'.

  • The Loyalty Overview screen will open, displaying the various loyalty related metrics.

Viewing & understanding Loyalty metrics

The Loyalty Overview screen is compact and fairly simple to understand, however the information itself is highly useful in planning sales or marketing campaigns. On this screen, on the top right corner is a bar containing various time periods, such as Today, 24H (24 hours), 7D (7 days) and so on - this is where you may set the time period for which you wish to view the data on the page. In case a specific date range is required, use the last 'Custom' option to set the desired time period.

To change the time period, simply click on the desired option in this bar, and the corresponding statistics will appear on the screen under the various headings, which are for your:

  • Points earned - your points earned

  • Points redeemed - the points you have redeemed

  • Points balance - your current points balance

  • Inactive members -

  • Member balances - the individual member balances

  • Top earners - this lists the top earners

  • Points earned Vs redeemed - a comparison between your points earned and those redeemed across the selected time period

Tips

  • Hovering over the data with your cursor, in the Points earned Vs redeemed box, will allow you to read the individual values better, in case there is a lot of information displayed.
