To customize or modify the theme color of your selected template, simply click the Edit button. From here, you can browse through the color options and select the one that suits you best. Once you've chosen your preferred color, click Update to apply the changes instantly, giving your interface a fresh new look.
To customise the appearance of the widget, click the Edit button. This section allows you to update key branding elements, including:
Custom Logo: Upload or change your company’s logo.
Brand Name: Set or update your business name as you would like it to appears on the widget.
Slogan: Add or modify your company’s tagline or slogan.
Widget Button Shape: Choose the shape of the floating widget button (e.g., round, square) to match your design preferences.
Custom Button Text: Personalise the text that appears on the widget button to guide users effectively.
Additionally, in the other fields on the same page you can fine-tune the widget's position on the screen (e.g., bottom-left, bottom-right), add animation effects for a dynamic feel, and set invitation text to encourage user engagement. You can also select a welcome image from pre-loaded options or upload a custom image.
Once you've made all your desired updates, click Update to save and apply the changes.

Upon registering your company, a default Assistant will automatically be available under Assistant Settings. However, you have the flexibility to add multiple Assistants to enhance customer interaction. You can either select from a variety of pre-loaded avatars or upload your own custom avatar.
To add a new Assistant follow these steps:
1. Select an Avatar: Choose an avatar from the available options or upload a custom image.
2. Assign a Name: Give your Assistant a unique name.
3. Click Add: Once the name and avatar are selected, click Add to finalize and introduce the Assistant into the system.
Your selected Assistants will appear randomly within the chat widget, engaging with customers to create a more dynamic experience. You can easily modify any Assistant’s name or avatar by clicking the Edit button under Actions.
To remove an existing avatar, simply click the Remove button under Actions, and the selected Assistant will be deleted from the system.
