We are excited to inform you that the Interview Reminder feature has been successfully enabled in your system. This feature is designed to enhance your recruitment process by ensuring timely reminders for scheduled interviews, delivered directly to candidates via WhatsApp.

These are the detailed Steps to use the Interview Reminder feature effectively:

1. Application Stage:

   1. Ensure the application is in the Screening stage.

   2. Once the screening is completed, set the status to Qualified.

2. Create an Interview:

   1. Navigate to the application and click on the More button, then select Create Interview.

   2. Alternatively, go to Jobs > Interview and click on the Create button.

3. Fill in the Required Fields:

   1. Select the Customer Name, Job Name, Job Title, Round Name, and other necessary details.

4. Set Interview Reminders:

   1. Click on Add Notification to configure the timing for interview reminder notifications.

   2. Choose from the following options:

      1. 1 day before

      2. 1 hour before

      3. 30 minutes before

      4. 10 minutes before

5. Set Multiple Reminders (Optional):

   1. To add additional reminders, click on Add Notification again and configure the timing for the second reminder.

6. Submit the Interview Details:

   1. Click on Submit to finalize the interview schedule.

   2. Upon submission, the first notification will be sent to the candidate immediately.

   3. Subsequent reminders will be sent to the candidate via WhatsApp at the set notification times.

New Feature

1. Job image inclusion

The job image inclusion feature in the WhatsApp template for job screening has been deployed. Now, you can include job images in JPG, JPEG, or PNG formats when sending job screening messages via WhatsApp.

Please also note, if no job image is provided while submitting an application, the system will automatically use the organization's default image to ensure consistency in communication.
