## Widget credentials

Before you begin the installation of the widget process for support, ensure that you have obtained the necessary credentials from CleanDesk Ai:

* **app\_id:** The unique identifier for your CleanDesk application.
* **app\_secret:** The secret key associated with your CleanDesk application.
